Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email once your order is ready to let you know it is on the way!

Wheels or wheel setups exempt from standard processing times.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 business days using. Flat rate shipping fee of $10-15 applies to orders shipping in Australia. We do not ship outside of Australia (Excluding New Zealand) at this time.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10-15 flat rate shipping within Australia.

Flat rate shipping does not apply to bulky items such as wheels or wheel setups. Shipping prices and times will vary for larger items and will be calculated per order.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated per order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Southern Supermoto is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@southernsupermoto.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
