Refund Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Customized or personalized parts
- Electrical components (unless faulty)
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or part, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the replacement item. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund for the defective product. In such cases, shipping fees for returning damaged items will be covered by Southern Supermoto.
6. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@southernsupermoto.com.au. You will need to provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Instructions on how to return the item will be provided upon approval.
